Projects that align are invited to a private discovery call.
This conversation allows us to explore your objectives more deeply, clarify priorities, and confirm mutual fit before moving forward. When alignment is clear, we extend an invitation to the next phase: an in-person design consultation.

Luxury Design Consultation
Our Design Consultation is a private, on-site working session reserved for clients prepared to engage in a high-level design partnership.
This non-refundable investment of $2,000 includes up to two hours on site, during which we:
review your goals and aspirations
assess existing conditions
take preliminary measurements
document the space through photography and observation
Following the visit, we translate our insights into a curated mood board capturing the aesthetic direction, material sensibility, and experiential tone of your future environment—offering a clear glimpse into the design narrative ahead.
This consultation is not a substitute for full design development or construction documentation.
Rather, it allows us to fully understand scope, complexity, and creative intent so that the next phase can be defined with precision.
Afterward, we prepare a tailored design proposal outlining the recommended scope of services and associated design investment.
Should we mutually decide to proceed, this framework becomes the foundation of your formal design agreement—ensuring clarity and alignment before the design journey begins.
Design Proposal
Your proposal reflects professional design services only, clearly defining scope, deliverables, and the structure required to move forward.
Construction and furnishing budgets are established after the design phase begins, once materials, specifications, and project parameters have been formally developed.
This approach ensures accurate pricing, informed decision-making, and protection of the design’s integrity from the very beginning.

Design Agreement & Project Launch
Upon proposal approval, a formal design agreement is issued and a retainer secures your place on our studio calendar.
With alignment established and the foundation in place, the design phase officially begins—marking the transition from possibility to realization.
